Held over four sessions in conjunction with The Peoples Gallery, Melbourne Street, Stalybridge, Thrive Rustic Arts and Crafts Resiliency Project took place in November and December 2022:
Friday 18th November – card making
Friday 25th November – glass jar decoration
Friday 2nd December – decoupage and boxes for presents
Friday 9th December – Christmas gifts
As part of these arts and crafts sessions participants were able to:
- Discuss protective factors for resilience.
- Engage in meaningful activities that will bring a sense of achievement
- Build friendships and relationships in the community.
- Build emotional, mental, physical, social and spiritual resiliency by engaging in rustic arts and crafts through different mediums.
